Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.

Printed Products

Each printed product is made to order.

Because items are printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variation due to screen differences.

However, if your item arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us within 21 days from purchase with clear photographs of the issue and packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not require faulty items to be returned.

 

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
